Elizabeth Ruby, from McConnells, SC, is pursuing a degree in Animal and Nutritional Sciences while minoring in equine studies. She is actively involved in the Pre-Vet Club and PAWS. After graduation, she plans to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine.
